For example perks relating to bullet spread are shotgun only. Not all perks will appear on all weapons either.
For the most part these are randomly dropped, with randomly rolled perks, so the quality of what you can find varies. You might find these in special places, or they might be dropped by certain glowing enemies (if you ever see anyone drop a lot of glowing Trinkets they'll probably drop an enhanced gun). Periodically, you'll find some Deathloop weapons with a perk that will offer added effects. Compared to the range and fire rate of the Strelak it's absolutely the weaker option but barely - it's a one shot kill all the way up to close medium range so still useful if you don't mind the smaller mag size. Remember, if this is your first loop reset in the area, you will lose possession of the gun.Furthermore, if you choose to open the safe with the Crank Wheel which lies outside the Loop Control Center, you’ll land yourself a powerful gun called the Fourpounder.If you manage to successfully get it to the Laboratory Annex and place it inside the Residuum experiment chamber while following the instructions, you will land yourself a Shiny Trinket.Try to get past as many enemies as you can while ensuring the residuum sample tube doesn’t get damaged.Remember that the Residuum experiment has a time crunch so you’ll need to hurry and be swift.If you choose the former, you will pick up the Residuum Experiment sample which triggers a bunch of eternalists onto you.Once you’ve obtained it, you can choose to either head back to the Loop Control Center or to the location of the safe.It’s here that you’ll find the Crank-Wheel sitting on a work desk.In front of the building lies a camper-like setup called the Laboratory Annex.Before you do so, make use of the Hackamajig to kill the sensors within the Loop Control Center.Head down through the stairway path and head out to the building you see in front of you.After you’ve finished watching the movie at the Loop Control Center, head to the door behind the screen.In order to get the Crank Wheel, you’ll need to get to the Laboratory Annex, located in the complex.
